When you use We The Me, we collect only what you provide during the constitution-building process:
Your answers and uploaded documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your Personal Constitution. This processing happens in real time and is not stored on our servers. Once your constitution is generated, it exists only in your browser session.
We do not maintain a database of user answers, generated constitutions, or uploaded documents. If you close or refresh your browser tab, your data is gone.
We use the following third-party services:
Your answers and generated constitution are not stored on our servers. The generated document exists only in your browser session. Once you close the tab, the data is no longer accessible to us or anyone else.
If you provide your email address, it may be stored in HubSpot for communication purposes. You can request its removal at any time.
We The Me uses minimal cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that identify individual users. Any cookies present are strictly functional (e.g., HubSpot's tracking script may set cookies for its own analytics).
If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
Since we do not store your answers or generated constitutions server-side, most of these rights are satisfied by default. For any data held in HubSpot (email address, name), you can exercise these rights by contacting us.
For any privacy-related questions, data deletion requests, or concerns, contact us at chad@chadstamm.com.
